Refund/Exchange Policy:

All items are 100% handmade with love from start to finish.

All sales are final.

Shipping:

Turn Around Time (TAT)

Standard drop orders will ship out in 10-15 business days ( does not include weekends or holidays).

Ready to Ship (RTS) items will ship 1-3 business days from the time of purchase (paid invoices).

Custom orders will take 10-20 business days.

 

During the HOLIDAYS, shipping times may be extended and DELAYED.

Once shipped, and tracking has been provided, HELLOXSTELLA is not responsible for your item(s).

If the package is delayed/lost or stolen you must contact USPS to file a claim online. Click HERE to file a claim.
